Peach BPO is ISO 9001:2015 certified! This is a significant milestone for our team and for our clients.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It focuses on how organizations structure and continuously improve the way they deliver quality in their work.
In bookkeeping, where every client and business comes with its own unique challenges, this level of certification is not common.
Pursuing it reflects how seriously we take the responsibility of managing and safeguarding our clients’ financial data, as well as our commitment to consistent, high-quality service delivery, from how work is reviewed and verified to how expectations are communicated and followed through.
Over the years, we’ve built and strengthened our own system with structured workflows, detailed processes, and multiple layers of review designed to support accurate and reliable financial data.
As part of the certification process, our QMS underwent a formal external audit against ISO 9001:2015 standards to assess how our operations align with internationally recognized quality management requirements.
For our clients, this means working with a team that is committed not only to accurate bookkeeping, but also to accountability, clear communication, and continuous improvement in how services are delivered.
More importantly, it reinforces something we strongly believe in: what we promise clients should consistently be reflected in our work.
