We're looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to help connect business owners with the bookkeeping and business support services they need to succeed.
As one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, you'll play an important role in introducing business owners to the Peach BPO experience. You'll develop a strong understanding of our services, systems, and client journey, allowing you to confidently communicate how our approach supports businesses through structure, visibility, and continuous improvement.
Through our client portal and assessment process, prospective clients can explore their needs, identify suitable service options, and move forward at their own pace. Your role will be to build relationships, generate interest, answer questions, and help clients feel confident as they navigate their journey with Peach.

Identify and connect with small businesses that may benefit from Peach BPO's services

Conduct outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels

Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their business needs and goals

Introduce prospective clients to Peach BPO's services, system, and approach

Guide prospects through our client portal and assessment process

Answer questions and provide support throughout the client decision-making journey

Required:

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals
-
Background in, or strong working knowledge of, accounting or bookkeeping (strongly preferred)

Located in or near Marietta or Alpharetta, Georgia

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable using CRM systems and sales outreach tools

We're looking for experienced Medical Transcriptionists to produce accurate, timely, and professionally prepared medical documentation.
The role involves transcribing medical reports and other healthcare-related documents, with a particular focus on general emergency, acute care, hospice, elderly care, and trauma services. You'll need strong knowledge of medical terminology, excellent listening and typing skills, and the ability to accurately interpret dictations, including strong Hispanic or Caribbean dialects.
You'll also be responsible for reviewing and proofreading your work, following the 3rd Edition Book of Style (BOS 3), and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive healthcare information.

Transcribe medical reports, dictations, and other healthcare-related documents with accuracy and efficiency

Work with documentation related to general emergency, acute care, hospice, elderly care, trauma, and other relevant healthcare services

Edit and proofread transcriptions for accuracy, consistency, grammar, formatting, and correct medical terminology

Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive healthcare information

Deliver completed work within established turnaround times and quality expectations

Interpret and accurately transcribe dictations involving strong Hispanic or Caribbean dialects

Stay current with relevant medical terminology, industry developments, and transcription standards

Identify and resolve transcription-related issues while following established processes and quality standards

Required:

Minimum of 10 years of professional medical transcription experience

Strong background and exposure to acute care, hospice care, general emergency, trauma, and elderly care

Proficiency in understanding strong Hispanic or Caribbean dialects

Up-to-date knowledge of the 3rd Edition Book of Style (BOS 3)

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Exceptional typing speed and accuracy

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality across a high volume of work

Ability to handle sensitive healthcare information with professionalism and discretion
