We're looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to help connect business owners with the bookkeeping and business support services they need to succeed.
As one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, you'll play an important role in introducing business owners to the Peach BPO experience. You'll develop a strong understanding of our services, systems, and client journey, allowing you to confidently communicate how our approach supports businesses through structure, visibility, and continuous improvement.
Through our client portal and assessment process, prospective clients can explore their needs, identify suitable service options, and move forward at their own pace. Your role will be to build relationships, generate interest, answer questions, and help clients feel confident as they navigate their journey with Peach.

Identify and connect with small businesses that may benefit from Peach BPO's services

Conduct outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels

Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their business needs and goals

Introduce prospective clients to Peach BPO's services, system, and approach

Guide prospects through our client portal and assessment process

Answer questions and provide support throughout the client decision-making journey

Encourage prospective clients to move forward with the services that best fit their needs

Develop a strong understanding of our bookkeeping processes, systems, and client experience

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our sales process, messaging, and client journey

Required:
-
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals
-
Background in, or strong working knowledge of, accounting or bookkeeping (strongly preferred)

Located in or near Marietta or Alpharetta, Georgia
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable using CRM systems and sales outreach tools
