Michael Howard


Michael is a former senior economist for the construction industry and has worked in roles such as strategy and marketing for the largest cement supplier in the world, Director of FP&A, and CFO at a Google Premier Partner company with operations in the US, Singapore, Tokyo, and Manila.


Michael currently resides in Athens, Georgia with his wife, son, and daughter. 

Paula Tenorio

Executive Administrator

Pau is a Psychology graduate with more than 18 years of experience in Human Resources, a mother of 2, and a chef at heart.


With the goal in mind to help not only organizations but also aspiring HR practitioners, Pau always makes sure that she has time for both learning and sharing knowledge with everyone.

Denise Sabucido

Client Success Operations Assistant

Denise is a Business Management graduate with 11 years of experience in Operations in the Banking Industry. Her skills in research management have helped her create effective and efficient business processes that gained Six Sigma Certification.


Her Operational Management experience enhanced her managerial insight. She believes that having a strong work ethic and the dedication to provide the best service quality will help her to achieve her goal.


Her work mantra: Commit yourself to constant improvement and see failures as a beginning, not an end.

Paul Anthony Ricafort

IT Generalist

Tony worked as a technical support representative for almost two years and is now pursuing a degree in computer science.


He is adept at communication and identifying opportunities for process improvement. He is also very eager to contribute to team achievement by bringing consistency to collective efforts and is a technical problem solver at his core.

Heather Dean

Director of Business Development and Outreach

Heather is a business development and marketing professional with 25+ years of experience in helping organizations make great choices toward growth.


Heather brings expert customer management skills and strategic sales and marketing background to assist PeachBPO clients map out their path to achieving their business objectives. Heather’s professional background includes working for firms like Credit-Suisse and DellEMC.


Heather hails from Boston College and enjoys a great glass of wine and meeting new people.

Gianina Francesca Borja

Jr. Content Marketing Specialist

Cheska is a Communication Arts graduate from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines with over a year of content writing and social media management experience.


One of her biggest passions in life is media production. Having had the opportunity to handle a show under her alma mater’s broadcasting network, she has learned that success isn’t something that one can achieve on their own.

Carla has been a Graphic Artist with a passion for transforming ideas into visually captivating designs for 4 years. She brings creativity and precision to every task. With a keen eye for design and a commitment to delivering visually stunning solutions, she specializes in translating ideas into captivating visuals.


Her work reflects a dedication to both artistic innovation and meeting the unique needs of the company and our clients. She thrives on transforming concepts into compelling designs that make a lasting impact.

Jehiel Malubay

Custodial Bookkeeper

Jehiel is a dynamic professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology. With an impressive decade-long track record as a bookkeeper in the healthcare industry, Jehiel has honed an acute financial acumen that's second to none. 


Beyond the world of numbers and spreadsheets, Jehiel is a dedicated fur parent to two delightful poodles, adding a touch of fluffy companionship to life's daily adventures. 


Jehiel's life philosophy revolves around embracing uncertainties. Believing that success is not solely about meticulous planning but also about navigating the unexpected twists and turns that life presents. This mindset has guided Jehiel through challenges and triumphs, forging a resilient and adaptable character.

Melissa De Guzman

Custodial Bookkeeper

Melissa, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology graduate, possesses nine years of experience as an Accounting Assistant and Bookkeeper.


Her journey in numbers is complemented by a lifelong love for volleyball, from elementary school to collegiate varsity play. Beyond her professional pursuits, Melissa finds inspiration in reading novels and embraces the challenge of personal growth with the belief that 'If something doesn't challenge you, it won't change you.’
