LEADERSHIP
Michael Howard
Founder, CEO & Systems Architect
Michael is the Founder and CEO of Peach BPO, and the Systems Architect behind Peach 3.0, the internal operating system through which the company delivers bookkeeping services.
His primary focus is the ongoing design and refinement of Peach 3.0, which drives consistency, control, and reliability across all client work and is central to Peach BPO’s ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system.
Prior to founding Peach BPO, he held senior leadership roles across finance, strategy, and operations, including serving as CFO for a Google Premier Partner operating across the US and Asia. In these roles, he worked extensively with data analysis, financial modeling, process design, and large-scale operational systems.
He is based in Bogart, Georgia, where he has lived for the past eight years. He and his wife are raising their son and daughter there. His day-to-day life is centered around family, faith, and a disciplined routine that reflects the same principles that guide his work.
Outside of work, he is actively involved in his local church community, maintains a daily habit of reading Scripture, and stays active through regular walks and gym sessions.

THE OPERATIONS TEAM
The Operations Team is responsible for the day-to-day execution of bookkeeping work within Peach BPO’s operating system.
Working across specialized roles, they support the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of client financial records.

Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
Jonathan leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of the internal tools that power the workflows behind Peach BPO’s bookkeeping execution.
With a background in accounting and strong technical expertise, he translates system design into practical tools and workflows used across the team.
He supports training and ongoing use of these tools, helping the team apply them correctly in live work, while incorporating feedback to improve functionality and usability over time.
Alongside this, he performs quality reviews of completed work and verifies that outputs align with the system’s built-in checks before work progresses.

The ABC Structure
The ABC Structure is the framework Peach BPO uses to manage bookkeeping work through defined roles and controlled stages of execution. It brings clarity to how financial data is processed from start to finish.
Work is distributed across multiple stages instead of being handled by a single individual. Preparation, review, and finalization are separated into distinct steps, allowing each part of the process to be refined before moving forward.
This separation of responsibility improves accuracy and reduces the risk of missed details, resulting in financial reports that more accurately reflect business activity.
Within this structure, a specialized team operates through clearly defined roles:
Assistant Bookkeepers

Transactions are first organized and recorded by Assistant Bookkeepers.
They make sure all source documents are complete, properly entered, and initially categorized.
Their work forms the foundation for the review and verification stages that follow.
Bookkeepers

Bookkeepers build on that foundation by reviewing transaction details, confirming classifications, and completing reconciliations.
They address discrepancies, make adjustments where needed, and communicate directly with clients when additional context is required.
Custodial Bookkeepers

Custodial Bookkeepers serve as the final verification layer in the bookkeeping process.
They focus on consistency, accuracy, and overall reporting integrity, identifying inconsistencies or unusual patterns and coordinating resolution with Bookkeepers before final posting into the client's accounting system.
